The Buffalo Bills have waived injured LB Nic Harris and signed free Agent LB Donovan Woods. The word is he failed a physical and the Bills have decided to release him. If he passes the waiver wire the Bills could terminate the contract or send him to the practice squad.
The Bills have also signed free agent LB Donovan Woods who was last seen with the Dallas Cowboys practice squard. He was an undrafted rookie by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2008 and appeared in 6 games. He was released by the Steelers at the end of ’09 and subsequently picked up by Dallas.
The new regime under Buddy Nix and Chan Gailey will not be tied into players that we’re acquired under the previous regime. Hopefully they will show as little patience with Aaron Maybin the high priced pick who has shown no spark of the impact player the Bills thought they we’re getting.

JMANN here, have to say im a little surprised just because Harris showed promise last year in the games that he played in. I know he got hurt but still thought he had a shot to come back strong, could be a move the Bills regret down the road.
